What is Thriving?

Thriving, an urban resource collaborative that seeks to systematically provide sound theological training, character development and functional tools among urban leaders. The 4th  annual Thriving Summit will be held on October 10th – 11th, 2014 at Epiphany Fellowship in Philadelphia where urban missionaries, church leaders and church planters nationwide plan to attend.  The Summit is an annual gathering hosted by Thriving as a yearly collaborative by which urban leaders from global contexts gather together for encouragement, relationship building, training, and resourcing. Announcing The 2014 Summit:

We are excited to announce Thriving Conference is happening on October 10 and 11th, 2014. This year, instead of mostly main sessions, the conference will consist primarily of breakout sessions, with a few main sessions also. We’re calling these breakouts “Premium Sessions” because they are designed to help the urban missionary, both man and woman, to effectively engage in specific areas of urban ministry

Premium Sessions

  • Engaging Men
  • Engaging Women
  • Church Planting
  • Small Groups & Community Life in the City
  • Outreach
  • Community Development
  • Leadership Development

“You don’t want to miss this year’s event that will still have theological depth but also rich practical application.”
